Using an ad blocker doesn't violate these Terms, though ad revenue is one of the ways we keep the Site running.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that isn't resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Franchise Room regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.
